Och s\u00e4rskilt inte kalcium. L\u00e5ter det bekant? De finska n\u00e4ringsrekommendationerna favoriserar k\u00f6tt och mj\u00f6lk, \u00e4ven om det verkligen inte borde vara s\u00e5.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enligt de officiella finska n\u00e4ringsrekommendationerna ing\u00e5r gr\u00f6nsaker, b\u00e4r, frukter, baljv\u00e4xter och fullkornsspannm\u00e5l samt vegetabiliska oljor, fr\u00f6n och n\u00f6tter i en bra och h\u00e4lsofr\u00e4mjande kost. Det h\u00e4r k\u00e4nner alla till. \u00c4n de livsmedel som statens n\u00e4ringsdelegation rekommenderar \u2013 fisk, mj\u00f6lk och fj\u00e4derf\u00e4k\u00f6tt \u2013 \u00e4r de ocks\u00e5 n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndiga f\u00f6r en h\u00e4lsosam kost? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inte enligt <strong>Johanna Kaipiainen<\/strong>, legitimerad n\u00e4ringsterapeut. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201dSist och slutligen handlar rekommendationerna mer om politik \u00e4n om vetenskap. Om det vore vetenskapen som avgjorde, skulle man i f\u00f6rsta hand rekommendera en vegetarisk kost, inte blandkost. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e4ringsrekommendationerna beaktar finl\u00e4ndarnas matkultur och vanor. Man har f\u00f6rs\u00f6kt lyfta fram bekanta livsmedel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201dKanske \u00e4r det ocks\u00e5 en orsak till att baljv\u00e4xterna har \u00e5sidosatts s\u00e5 i rekommendationerna. Man b\u00f6r \u00e4ta minst ett halvt kilo gr\u00f6nsaker om dagen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00e5 f\u00f6ljande plan finns fullkornsprodukter och potatis samt gr\u00f6t, br\u00f6d och m\u00fcsli. Fr\u00e5n spannm\u00e5l och potatis f\u00e5r man bra, fiberrika kolhydrater som \u00e4r viktiga energik\u00e4llor. De ger ocks\u00e5 s\u00e4rskilt B-vitaminer, mineraler och protein. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Man beh\u00f6ver inte dricka mj\u00f6lk f\u00e5r att f\u00e5 i sig den typ av n\u00e4rings\u00e4mnen som finns i mj\u00f6lk. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00e5 kostpyramidens tredje plan st\u00f6ter veganen p\u00e5 ett mj\u00f6lkhinder. Kategorin inkluderar f\u00f6rvisso vegetabiliska fetter, n\u00f6tter och fr\u00f6n, men ocks\u00e5 fettsn\u00e5la mj\u00f6lkprodukter. Mj\u00f6lk anses vara en viktig k\u00e4lla till protein, kalcium, jod och D-vitamin. Enligt Kaipiainen finns det visserligen mineraler och vitaminer i mj\u00f6lk, men ocks\u00e5 h\u00e5rt fett och kolesterol. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201dMan beh\u00f6ver inte dricka mj\u00f6lk f\u00e5r att f\u00e5 i sig den typ av n\u00e4rings\u00e4mnen som finns i mj\u00f6lk. Allt g\u00e5r att f\u00e5 fr\u00e5n h\u00e4lsosammare alternativ, s\u00e5som soja-, havre-, ris- och mandelmj\u00f6lk och produkter baserade p\u00e5 dessa. Samma n\u00e4rings\u00e4mnen som finns i mj\u00f6lk har tillsatts i dem. Exempelvis har de lika mycket kalcium som komj\u00f6lken har.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dessutom f\u00e5r man l\u00e4tt i sig kalcium ocks\u00e5 ur olika vegetabiliska livsmedel, s\u00e5som bladgr\u00f6nsaker, n\u00f6tter och b\u00f6nor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enligt Kaipiainen \u00e4r den finska mejeriindustrin orsaken till att mj\u00f6lk prackas p\u00e5 oss. Hon ser ocks\u00e5 ett stort problem med att statens n\u00e4ringsdelegation lyder under jord- och skogsbruksministeriet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201dOcks\u00e5 p\u00e5 n\u00e4ringsdelegationens webbplats konstateras att nutritionspolitiken \u00e4r ett led i lantbrukspolitiken. Delegationen borde logiskt sett ordna under social- och h\u00e4lsoministeriet och inte under jord- och skogsbruksministeriet.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I diskussioner om mj\u00f6lk \u00f6verskuggar kalciumet ofta jod. I Finland tillf\u00f6r man jod till djurfoder eftersom jordm\u00e5nen i Finland \u00e4r jodfattig. Ut\u00f6ver jodberikat salt \u00e4r allts\u00e5 ocks\u00e5 komj\u00f6lk en betydande k\u00e4lla till jod f\u00f6r dem som dricker mj\u00f6lk. Det \u00e4r d\u00e4rf\u00f6r bra f\u00f6r veganer att f\u00f6rs\u00e4kra sig om n\u00e5gon annan jodk\u00e4lla, till exempel n\u00e4ringstillskott med jod. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I fr\u00e5ga om fetter beh\u00f6ver veganer inte bekymra sig s\u00e4rdeles. Till skillnad fr\u00e5n dem som \u00e4ter blandkost f\u00e5r veganer inte vanligtvis i sig alltf\u00f6r mycket h\u00e5rda fetter. Det \u00e4r \u00e4nd\u00e5 bra att vara uppm\u00e4rksam p\u00e5 att f\u00e5 i sig tillr\u00e4ckligt med omega-3-fettsyror. Rybsolja \u00e4r ett bra alternativ f\u00f6r den dagliga matlagningen. De kopplas i f\u00f6rsta hand till protein, men man beh\u00f6ver verkligen inte \u00e4ta djur f\u00e5r att f\u00e5 i sig protein. Till exempel \u00e4r linser, \u00e4rter, tofu, fullkornsspannm\u00e5l, n\u00f6tter och fr\u00f6n utm\u00e4rkta proteink\u00e4llor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201dForskningen visar obestridligen att k\u00f6tt\u00e4tande b\u00e4ddar f\u00f6r v\u00e4lf\u00e4rdssjukdomar och ett kortare liv.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I baljv\u00e4xter finns det exempelvis gott om folat och fiber, som man ofta f\u00e5r i sig f\u00f6r lite av i en blandkost. Finl\u00e4ndarna f\u00e5r i genomsnitt i sig mindre \u00e4n den rekommenderade m\u00e4ngden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201dVarf\u00f6r \u00e4r d\u00e5 inte baljv\u00e4xter den huvudsakliga proteink\u00e4llan i de officiella rekommendationerna, utan i\u202fst\u00e4llet favoriseras det mest oetiska av alla k\u00f6ttslag, f\u00e5gel? I n\u00e4ringsrekommendationerna har baljv\u00e4xterna till r\u00e5ga p\u00e5 allt placerats bland gr\u00f6nsakerna, vilket tyder p\u00e5 att man inte f\u00f6rst\u00e5r eller vill f\u00f6rst\u00e5 deras v\u00e4rde som alternativ till k\u00f6tt.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det enda f\u00f6do\u00e4mne som inte alls finns i vegetabiliska livsmedel \u00e4r vitamin B12. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r m\u00e5ste veganer sj\u00e4lva se till att f\u00e5 i sig vitaminet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e4ringsdelegationen rekommenderar fisk p\u00e5 grund av D-vitamin, som f\u00e5s fr\u00e5n fet fisk. Den huvudsakliga k\u00e4llan till vitaminet \u00e4r \u00e4nd\u00e5 solen. I Finland beh\u00f6ver alla D-vitamintillskott vintertid, oberoende av vilken kost man \u00e4ter.
